COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bently Nevada 3500/40M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bimba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bishop-Wisecarver parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Blh product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bimba such as the DWC31552 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UTTS3G720 manufactured by Bishop-Wisecarver and we are pleased to be able to service most Bishop-Wisecarver systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24111 by Manufacturer Blh as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics Brand BRESDVMBCHCRT0A1CFEGESDBLK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 725500400 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 14792V made by Boekel as well as the popular 401X327 original spares produced by Brandless Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VCP082DTN by Bosch-Rexroth and 725500400 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
